This items is not pretty in person, it looks extremely cheap! When I called to return the item they said that is fine but I pay the shipping. I paid to ship it back so I could at least get some of my money back, Only to learn they were not going to refund my money because the tiara was supposedly &quot;damaged&quot; when they received it. I reviewed the photos closely only to see that there was NO damage to the tiara. They were going to make me pay 7.00 to have it shipped back to me. By the time I paid that, the tiara is paid for with shipping. DO NOT buy from this company, they have horrible customer service and their items are cheap looking.
