How can I purchase my bridal jewelry?

Where is your jewelry made?

Majority of our jewelry is assembled in Canada. The parts and findings are from the Orients and the United States. The crystal stones are from Swarovski. Austria.

What is the cost if I want to make adjustment to the jewelry?

The cost of adjustments will depend on individual cases. We will be more than happy to provide you with an estiamte for the cost of adjustments. All custom orders are not returnable. Please read our return policy.

If I change my mind about the style/color of jewelry, can I still make an adjustment?

Please call us A.S.A.P. for your adjustments. We will advise you whether any change can be made or not. If we have not processed your order, we will try to accommodate your changes.

If I receive my order and the necklace/bracelet/earrings are too short/long, can I get it adjusted and how long will it take to make the adjustment?

Yes, we will gladly make any adjustments you need for a minimum charge. We will provide you with an estimate and advise you how to return the jewelry. Please inform us the date you required to have the jewelry back.

If the earrings that you sell has a drop style to it, but I do not like the drop style, can I buy the earrings without the drop?

Yes, we are able to remove the drop for you. You have the choice of having a style with or without the drop. We customize our jewelry to meet your individual needs.

If my jewelry gets damaged, where can I repair it? What is the guarantee on your jewelry?

Yes, we repair our jewelry as long as you owned it at a minimum charge. Please call us at 1-800-720-4124 and let us know what needs to be repaired. We will be able to give you an estimated cost of the repair. We do not replace or repair, free of charge, any of our jewelry that is damaged due to chemical sprays such as perfume and/or hairspray.

Our Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on our stone settings and the quality of crystals. We guarantee our gold plating for one year and our silver plating for six months. Please read our return policy.

If I don't have the receipt for my jewelry that I purchased, can I still get a replacement/repair if it is defective?

No. We require that you have a receipt to make any replacements/repairs. Please be sure to keep your receipt in a safe place. This is our only proof of your purchase.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We usually send you order within a week or two. Delivery time to most destinations is 3-7 days. Last minute order is possible, we will advise you with the extra shipping cost. Please inform us the required date of your jewelry. All effort will be made to make sure that you receive your jewelry on time.

How much are Customer Reward Points worth?

Customer Rewards Points are our way of saying we appreciate your continued business. You earn 25 point for every dollar you spend on our merchandise, net of any applicable sale discount, excluding the freight cost and any applicable taxes. Every 360 points is worth $1.00!
All “Reward Points” have no cash value and can only apply towards your next purchase with 2-Be-Unique. They are not exchangeable for cash.

Tracking Your Points
To track your points, simply log in to your Client Account to view both your point totals and their discount dollar value. You can also view specific orders in your Orders History to view the points earned and used on each order.

Paying with Points
After adding products to your cart, proceed to checkout.
Choose “Pay with Reward Points”. The number of your earned “Reward Points” will be displayed on your screen. Enter the number of Points that you would like to redeem and apply them toward your payment.
If your redeemed “Reward Points” are insufficient to cover the whole purchase amount, please continue by changing the Payment method to “Credit Card”. You will see that your “Reward Points” will still be converted to the dollar value and will automatically apply towards your current purchase under “Points Discount”. Now complete your transaction by submitting your credit card information for the payment of the balance.
