Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed.
If you are not happy with our accessory items, please return
them to us within 7 business days of receipt of your order.
All returns "must" have our "authorization
numbers". Have your invoice number ready. Email or call
us to receive an authorization number and we will provide
you with the instructions as how to return the items to us.
All return items must be in their original conditions.
Please send your return items by "Post" with "insurance".
Returns by other means of transport will not be accepted.
Refund will be given to you upon the receipt of your return.
We will call you as soon as we have received the returned
item(s). For a follow-up just have your authorization number
ready. Returns not due to quality issue will be subject
to 15% re-stocking charge. We regret we will not be able to
refund you the shipping cost unless the return is due to our
error.
Shipping/Handling Policy:
All orders will be processed within 1-2 weeks. Rush order is
possible (transit time will range from 1 to 7 business days
to most destinations except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Kindly advise us of the required date of your order.
Customs & Duty
There is no sales tax on all orders destined outside Canada. Please confirm with
your local customs department for any applicable customs and
duty.
2-be-unique will not be responsible for any customs and duty
for all U.S. and international orders.
Order Cancellation and Custom order:
All custom orders will require your written authorization before we can proceed. Once your order
is approved, you cannot cancel the order nor is your order
returnable.
Our Warranty:
We offer a lifetime warranty on our stone settings and the
quality of crystals. We guarantee our gold plating for one
year and our silver plating for six months. Please read our
